FAVORITE TALK

"Grit: the power of passion and perseverance" by Angela Lee Duckworth

According to Wikipedia, grit is defined as “perseverance and passion for long-term goals", which is a personal trait that I've always been struggling to have. My IQ test result during elementary school was the highest compared to other children, but my performances are never the best. In my favorite Ted Talk, it emphasizes the importance of believing in grit but not IQ, which teaches me to have passion on every single goals I have. The other reason that I like this talk is that the speaker persuades me completely with emotional words and body languages.
