FAVORITE TALK

"Should you live for your résumé .. or your eulogy?" by David Brooks

This talk is one that I have also shared on our official Facebook page; the reason for this is the great insight that the speaker shares with the viewers. In the current society, most people, myself included, get caught up in the skills that are only relevant in the marketplace, in our businesses. In turn, we neglect the other values that should truly matter to us in our lives. Thus, we must recognize this flawed logic that exists within us in order to find a balance between our different natures- to avoid living a life, contingent on a resume, instead, living a life for a eulogy.
